Are you ready to leave the winter blues behind and join us for sunny days, warm waters and some Maui magic? Now's the time to book your summer vacation condo and get ready for an unforgettable family trip together. No matter the occasion, it's always better at the beach!
Condo B11 is located on the upper level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands and is a PREMIER 2-bedroom townhouse-style unit - our only true 2-bedroom unit. You'll have the best sleep of your life on our exceptionally comfy King bed, located in the large upstairs bedroom (no loft!) with ensuite bathroom. There is also a TV for your late-night viewing pleasure. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed that is perfect for a second vacationing couple or perhaps two small children.
You'll stay COOL with whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/C in the living area & both bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer fresh air & the sound of rolling waves.
Our well-appointed KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option if you won't be dining out every night at one of Maui's fabulous restaurants. Stocked with dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. You'll find spices, oils and other cooking essentials in the cupboards.
Pub-height table seats 4 comfortably for dining. The private balcony is perfect for two to watch our MAGNIFICENT sunsets while sharing pupus (Hawaiian appetizers.)
Both bathrooms are stunning & feature walk-in showers, gorgeous tile, glass walls & grab bars. HAIR DRYERS are provided, as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Bring your own hair & bath products, or purchase locally. BEACH TOWELS, (4) BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA & COOLER are provided for you.
There are many ways to soak in the warm Hawaiian sunshine. Swim or SUP in the serene morning waters of our incredible bay & boogie board in the afternoons. Build sandcastles in our pristine white Sugar Beach sand. Nap in a floatie in our sparkling oceanfront pool. Later, unwind after a hard day's play while streaming your favorite shows on the 55" HD Smart TV.
Our OCEANFRONT patio is adjacent to a manicured lawn which boasts plenty of chaise lounges, dining tables with umbrellas & two gas BBQ grills. Start each morning with a mug of joe (out by 6:30 am daily) while watching the sun rise over Haleakala. Evenings, grill dinner & sip adult beverages while the sun sinks over the horizon.
When you're ready to explore the island, our convenient central location puts you in close proximity to world-class beaches, golf courses, shopping and dining. You'll find a Maui Revealed book in the condo to help you plan adventures.
Safeway, Target, Walmart & Costco are all located LESS THAN than 15 minutes away. A short walk down the beach brings you to a Fresh Produce Market featuring locally grown food & flowers; an ABC Store; Sugar Beach Bakery, known for its fresh-baked malasadas, coffee & bakery items; & Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui!)

My stay at the Kihei Sands was without a doubt one of the most special parts of my time in Maui. This trip was the first time I had ever taken a vacation by myself, and I felt incredibly safe and welcomed by the other guests and condo owners. The ability to mingle if I felt like it (fantastic conversations) or sit in quiet and enjoy the sun, sound of the ocean waves and the beauty of Maui was wonderful. The facility is well cared for and my condo was welcoming, beautifully outfitted and peaceful. I would most definitely return and stay in unit B11. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was present onsite, helpful and courteous. The location was also great for getting to various areas around the island with it being centrally located. The walk down the beach to Sugar Beach Bakery is also an enjoyable way to start the day. I would also recommend dining at Nalu's in Kihei! Fantastic food and excellent service! Thank you to the owners of B11 for a wonderful and safe place to stay!!

Our family of four spent six days in B11. The condo was perfect for us. The upper floor master suite was very spacious. The furnishings were modern, new and clean. We had plenty of supplies for our six days and did not need to purchase any additional toilet paper, paper towel, etc. The condo was in a very central location on the island which was convenient. We really appreciated the welcome basket. The only disappointment was the pool was much smaller than it appeared in photos.

We were 2 couple travelling to Maui together and loved the place at Kehei Sands we rented. Well appointed and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and a short commute to the shops and dining in Kehei as well as easy access to the airport and up to Lahaina/Kanapali. We would stay here again with no troubles.

We loved our condo and the location on the island was great. Close to airport, Lahiana, Kehei. Loved being able to sit out on the patio and watch the sunset and being only a few steps away from the sandy beach was ideal. We would rent here again.

This was a great unit for us (family of 4 with the kids being little). The location is exactly what we wanted with easy beach access. The unit was clean and well kept. The only complaint would be the inconsistent office hours and lack (or only small amount) of basic household items in the unit. That being said the manager, Patrick, was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

It was a lovely room. The kitchen was nicely stocked with many of the things we needed to cook and enjoy meals. Being able to use the grills to cook right at the condo’s lanai helped with costs and we had some really wonderful dinners sitting, watching the sunsets. The property was spectacularly maintained and easy to find. It is very convenient to many things and the walks on the beach were spectacular! We have stayed at Kihei Sands at least a dozen times and we will stay again in the future. The office staff is very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend!

Lovely condo with a convenient location for exploring the island. Only area we'd recommend for improving is the parking lot which has very small stall dimensions for even moderate sized vehicles.

Our property and parking lot was built in 1972 and the space for the parking lot was smaller because the road was closer to the property so it could not be expanded. Our rental unit (B11) was in the perfect spot for our first stay in Maui. The setting was relaxing, and very laid back. Location-wise, it was just a few minutes drive to downtown area, with easy access to major roads that can take you all over the island. The unit itself was well kept, had a lovely view of the ocean, and everything you needed to keep your stay enjoyable and memorable.

We stayed here for four nights and had our elderly parents with us. The property is beautiful, very comfortable and just steps away from the beach. Colleen, the property manager is like an angel who ensures you have a great stay. I had left some important stuff back and she took the efforts to FedEx it to our home in CA. She is an absolute pleasure to work with right from the time you book your stay to leaving Maui. Great place and we will definitely go back!!

My husband and I stayed with another couple in B11 the last week of March/beginning of April 2021. B11 is a fabulous condo with every amenity you could need. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, is lovely inside, and so comfortable. Connie and Patrick at Kihei Sands are excellent at providing the service and care to make it a perfect vacation. The location of Kihei Sands right on Sugar Beach is amazing. The ocean is only steps away and the views are breath taking. My family has been coming to Kihei Sands for years and we just love it! This was our first time staying in B11 and the condo was really nice, especially the upstairs finished out master. The property is always clean, quiet and serene. We used the patio/grill area several nights for dinner and were typically alone to enjoy a peaceful dinner. The beach area is perfect for walks, snorkeling and of course, whale watching. We'll be back!

What a wonderful place to vacation!!! We stayed in Condo B11. It was tastefully decorated and had a nice view of the beach when sitting on the deck. The property was clean and very well maintained. We really enjoyed the patio area next to the pool. There were multiple tables, two large grills, lounge chairs and the pool all facing the beautiful beach which was just a few steps away. Early mornings and dinner time was often spent on this patio area meeting and visiting with others in our group as well as people renting other units in this condo. People shared their grilling techniques and recipes which was really fun. We chose to eat most of our meals at the condo as it had everything needed to make meals and the atmosphere on the patio was so inviting. Everyone, including the staff, was very friendly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that is vacationing in Maui in the future.

My first time to Hawaii. It was for a destination wedding and my sister found the condos for us to rent while we were there. This place had everything you needed to enjoy your stay (except for food). Ocean views. Pool. Patio area with table, chairs, grill... and even sun screen and aloe Vera in case you get burned...and it sits right on the beach! This place is a gem! The people taking care of this property absolutely do a wonderful job!

The only thing wrong was the mattress in the downstairs bedroom. I was too soft. Would be ok for kids though. Otherwise it was a great condo and a great place to be on the water.

Exceeded expectations! Perfect location and outstanding, comfortable accommodations. Property was clean, well maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our highlights included a Lua in Wailea Beach Resort, a morning at Haleakal National Park, and the infamous road to Hana! Our favorite meals were an amazing dinner at Mama's Fish House and Coconut's Fish Cafe, where we ate 4 times in our 12 day stay. We look forward to a return trip to paradise!

overall a fantastic place to stay! the only minor negative thing I'd say is that there isn't much for walkways nearby, I'm very active and enjoy running. However, this minor issue didn't stop me from getting out and enjoying my runs, it may be something to consider. Otherwise, 5 stars and I'd most definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice unit...well equipped kitchen but miss having place mats for the glass top table and no potholders? We have been coming back to Kihei Sands for over 25 years staying several weeks. We came here for a family vacation for new years and loved this complex. Very clean and well maintained through out. The beach is just foot steps away. Beautiful clean beach with no big waves, perfect for little kids. We loved how quiet this beach was and not so crowded.

We travel to Hawaii every year for vacation. This year I was looking for a spot on the beach with mild waves for our granddaughters who came with us this time. This location was perfect. Our unit was up dated, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay, would come back for sure. We left behind a tote bag filled with some of our gifts. We did not realize our mistake until we got to the airport. I called the office, they checked our condo and offered to bring it to the airport. We were scheduled to board the plane in 40 minutes, so not enough time. Karrie said she would mail it to us. Wow, how many places would put themselves out like that! The staff was beyond helpful and friendly! Great vacation!

Kihei Sands is centrally located making it easy to get to many parts of the island in 20-30 minutes! The property is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen and beach supplies (towels, boogie boards, cooler bag and beach mates). The patio is a great place to view the ocean and sunset and is good for socializing. We snorkeled, rode bikes, went whale watching and rented a stand up paddle board. We were lucky enough to get a late checkout which was great with our evening flights! Thank you for a great vacation.

Kihei Sands is great for families. We come every year and love being right on the beach. Jonathan, Cheri and Karrie are great at taking care of the complex and making all the guests feel warmly welcomed and well cared for. Beautiful sunsets and a naturally occurring community feel due to the small size of the complex. Units are pretty well equipped and it's nice and quiet, which we appreciate.

We stayed at the Kihei Sands over the Thanksgiving holiday for a long weekend. The condo and grounds were exceptionally clean. The condo's very quiet. The only downside is the beach water is pretty murky. Even so, highly recommended staying here.

Beautiful hard wood floors and lovely Countertops. Our condo was just dreamy. We just walked out on the beach every day. It was PERFECT! Sherrie and Jonathan are so very kind and helpful.

Our stay couldn't have been better. Condo B-11 was perfect. It has been recently upgraded and is beautiful and clean. The beach is awesome and the kids had everything they needed to play all day. Jonathan and Cheri are awesome, they gave us good advice on what to see and eat. We were so happy to meet them and spend time visiting with them. We will defiantly be back!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our Condo was comfortable for the four of us and all the people we encountered where great. There were 11 total in our group (3 condos) so we cooked on the patio 5 nights, and enjoyed the view at all times. Close to anything you could want to do or go. We will be back . Thank you so very much for putting up with us.

This is our second visit to Kihei Sands, but first time in unit B11 along with our two daughters and the rest of our family. This unit has been nicely upgraded and we loved everything about it. What made our vacation even better was the wonderful management staff - Jonathan, Cheri & Karrie. You can certainly tell that you three are there for the comfort of your guests. Very polite, helpful and very interactive with the guests which is wonderful! We hope to be back again soon and would recommend Kihei Sands to anyone.

First condo B7 was good but a bit dated, Second condo (we had to change) B11 had been renovated and was really nice (with quality mattresses).

We stayed at Kehei sands over Christmas 2013, and were very happy with the condo overall. The unit itself was well appointed, but in serious need of updating. The pool area was very nice, along with beach access. My only recommendations are for better lighting for the patio area at night. Other renters were having dinner on the patio, and having to rig up their cell phones to provide light for their table so they could eat. Great place to stay overall.

Thank you for your feedback. Condo B-11 is currently undergoing some wonderful upgrades. With recent installations of new windows and central air conditioning, the owner is also putting in new koa wood laminate flooring on the main level, a whole new kitchen with granite counters, under-cabinet lighting, new appliances, cool finishes, contemporary fixtures and a fresh coat of paint. We hope you come back soon to enjoy the new features, we think you’ll be quite pleased.

Loved it! Rooms were great, kitchen was fully kitted and facilities were perfect. It's not located on the main drag with amenities nearby but aside from that, would return!
Very Nice place. Sunset views are AWESOME. Small but well supplied kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Nice breezes. Lots of fans and if needed, great split air. We never needed the "air con".
