days and couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations for activities, dinner or anything else you would need to know about the Island

Relaxing stay, sofa quite uncomfortable, it’s time for an upgrade. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom small but adequate. Good cable tv set up and ac in main area. Bedroom has ceiling fan only. Landscaping is beautiful. Ocean view pretty much non-existent but short walk to the beautiful lanai pool area which is beachfront. We stayed for two weeks and have stayed multiple times at Kihei Sands. We were able to arrange late check out which was helpful.

We have been coming to Kihei Sands since 1985. We love the location. It is so easy to reach any part of the island from North Kihei. We also love the beach that is never crowded and you can walk for miles.

This was a great place for us. We felt at home. People here are friendly and welcoming. Access to the beach for walking and viewing sunset was also great. Kehei Sands is the best place we have stayed in all our Maui trips and we’ve stayed in some great places. Additionally, a nearby bike path was great for up to about a 12 mile or more out and back run if you are willing to run on blacktop.

This condo was everything. It was promised to be. Quiet, clean close to the ocean. Quick bus or Uber ride to any attraction. The communal patio gives a very family feel and we met wonderful people. It's a condo. Has everything to get you started, I loved having the kitchen.

We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of location. Stayed on the island for 20 days and just had one of the most relaxing times on Maui. The beach out in front of Kihei Sands has to be one of the best kept secrets. We didn't have to travel anywhere to enjoy the crashing waves, nice "unbelievably warm" November days.

We love staying here so much, this was our third visit to Kihei Sands. We love this comfortable condo complex right on Sugar Beach. With the beach in our backyard and lovely sunsets, what isn’t to love? We like staying in Kihei as South Maui and Wailea are close by with the offering of convenient shopping and dining experiences as well.

Our condo was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings and appliances were modern and in good condition. We appreciated the air conditioning in the main part of the condo and the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We were very comfortable during our stay there. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with dishes and cookware. The lanai outside the sliding doors was tidy and well kept with a small table and chairs. We appreciated having coolers and beach chairs available for us to use during our stay. There is a safe in the condo - also much appreciated. We enjoyed getting our complimentary morning coffee from the patio and sitting on the beach to drink it. Sugar Beach is perfect for a swim and long walks. There are communal water accessories available for use - pool noodles, kick boards, etc. We didn't use the pool but were told by those using it that it was great. The property managers and staff were friendly and very helpful if/when we needed them. The location of Kihei Sands was perfect for us. It was easy to get to all of the locations and activities that we had planned and we frequently accessed the businesses and many beaches along S.Kihei Rd - food trucks! shaved ice! Maui pies! Kraken coffee! (just to name a very few). Our friends will be staying at Kihei Sands for their upcoming vacation and we will definitely recommend it to others.

In my opinion, every need one may have while vacationing far from home has been considered and made provision for. The Kihei Sands community feels like "family".

What a time we had at Kihei Sands! The unit was clean and comfortable just as described. We started every morning with a beach walk along Sugar Beach. Afterwards we went to Sugar Beach Bakery for malasadas and morning coffee .My wife liked the cream filled but I liked the warm sugar coated ones. The pool area and lounging area was clean and well maintained. Being so close to the water made swimming and wading a real pleasure. Many thanks to Connie and others for making our stay a memorable experience. We are already talking about our next trip. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time watching whales and walking on Sugar Beach. Our accommodation was exactly as we expected. It was spotlessly clean and was very well equipped with kitchen and bedding. The beach out front is perfect for swimming or just enjoying quiet time watching the sunset. Staff were great and very friendly. The permanent residents made us very welcome.

Enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands. Staff was friendly, made you feel right at home. My only complaint was that we paid for a Peek-a-Boo Ocean view and there was no Ocean in sight from our Condo.

We've been staying at Kihei Sands for 15-years, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The property staff is extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly, and professional! Property has everything you need and then some. Plus, steps to pool and miles long lapping wave beach is amazing... any time of year! It's easy to get to and centrally located for any excursions you want to make during your stay! Last but not least, the value is unmatched! Would (and have) highly recommended to friends and colleagues planning Maui trips.

We could not have been happier with Kihei Sands. We were contacted regularly as to what to expect.. Reception was warm and welcoming. Patio was always clean. The staff was friendly. As always, we loved our stay in Maui, which is a piece of heaven for us. And Kihea Sands was perfect for our couple's get-away. The size was just what we needed and we enjoyed the patio with tables/grills that looked out into the ocean. We already can't wait to come back! Everything we needed was provided and the condo was very clean, the only thing missing was a hair dryer so make sure to pack one along.

This was a great location for me and my 2 young daughters to enjoy a relaxing vacation, with a pool and the ocean within a few steps from my room. Also used the kitchen and outdoor grill daily. The hosts were great, thank you to Connie and John!

Loved the location. 30 steps to the Ocean.
Relatively low density of users, enjoyed this aspect. Good lanai area for barbeque and lounging. Comfortable bed in A4. Condo was well equipped for cooking.

Nice unit on the morning sun side of the building. If you stand way out on your little deck, you can see a peek of the ocean and a wall full of lovely flowers.

condo isn't anything special. bed, bathroom, full kitchen, and small living room. building is on the water which is nice. ocean front seating and grills are excellent for sunsets and dinner. Good location, not a busy beach.

Wonderful, wonderful experience. The condo was beautiful and the people in the common area were friendly. The beach was never crowded, the water was warm and the sunsets beautiful. The only thing we noticed was the toilet paper was pretty cheap and thin. Otherwise, an amazing experience.

If you plan to visit Maui, consider staying at Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums. FAR less expensive than a single room at one of the island's name brand hotels, these condo accommodations offer much, much more. Closer to the airport, more convenient to the road to Hana, situated on the finest white sand beach on the island, clean, updated and well appointed, air conditioned, with discounts for groups like wedding parties and three hundred feet from one of the most beautiful and accommodating event venues on Maui, Kihei Sands offers far more for groups, families and individuals than the hotels for a fraction of the cost. This was our first stay but it won't be our last.

Great place to stay! Very central and seemed to only take 20-30 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Property was clean and tidy. Could have used another set of bath towels as there was 3 of us but laundry is available on site.

Cheri at Kihei Sands made us feel like staying in a family vacation home. Everything was set up beautifully, the condo was clean and well stocked. The views from the patio were incredible. We definitely want to stay here again.

Prior to this trip I had been to Hawai'i 6 or 7 times and to Maui twice. My wife Kirsten had never been there, though I have told her about the beauty of Hawai'i for over 10 years. I wanted to show her a great time and so chose Maui. On Maui, I wanted to show her the best of both the windward and leeward sides. So, after spending 4 days in Hana we came to Kihei Sands. EXACTLY what we were looking for - nice beach yet not the crowds you find further south, convenient food etc. and, significantly, nice people and friendly, helpful and down to earth staff. Overall, a great experience. We will certainly consider a return.

The best place to stay if you are looking for right on the beach,low key,great managers, friendly, weekly potlucks on the lanai, only 30 one and two bdrm condos and 5+ miles of white sand beach to walk doesn't get any better than this!!!

The condo was very yell furnished clean and good for a couple. We loved our stay in Kihei sands and will recommande to our friends

My husband and I had the best time and can't wait to return. The condo was clean, amazing access to the beach, and the location was ideal for our sightseeing adventures. We are runners and did beach and road runs around sunrise. We honestly can't say enough about our stay, it was magical.
